We will receive you with much love, in a volcanic lagoon, surrounded by nature, where together we will practice Mindfulness and Yoga as support to observe your process, understand it and accept it fully, without judging. Our goal is that you take techniques that will help you overcome your mental and emotional state so that you are able to cope with this stage with less suffering and more awareness.
This retreat is only for women who are in process of mourning due to loss of a partner, it is not necessary to have previous experience in Mindfulness or Yoga.
